Our Team Campaigns with Integrity

• First, we do no harm.

• We stay ethical, legal, and honest. Because a victory without honor is no victory at all, while an honorable victory is a true and lasting triumph.

• We call out actions by calling in people where possible and appropriate to discuss the merits, problems, and consequences of those actions. When it is necessary to call out behaviors in public, we minimize blaming, instead focusing on how / why / what that behavior impacts, and offer alternatives, inviting people in to stop the harmful behavior and choosing better alternatives in the future.

For example — When the legislature does thing, I/we feel feeling, because reason. A better approach would be option 1 or option 2.

• We believe everyone is capable of learning and growing, including ourselves.

• We stay humble, recognizing we do not have all of the answers.

• We invite everyone to be curious and learn to understand each other.

• We focus on the merits of our message.

• We connect with and serve our community. Our actions should increase positive engagement and help our community thrive, grow, heal, and connect.
